For this reason, most of our hires come directly from students who complete our training programs. These programs teach our systems, safety protocols, advanced mapping, client communication, and the service standards required to work inside an SLC studio.
Many artists who train elsewhere are taught shortcuts or outdated techniques that do not align with our quality or safety expectations. We believe proper education matters, and we invest heavily in developing artists who want lasting careers, not rushed certificates.
If you are interested in joining our team, the best first step is to train with us. Students who complete our certification or mentorship programs are always given first consideration for open roles across all locations.

Secret Lash Club courses are led by Ella Ramzi, a lash artist with a medical background and more than 8 years of hands-on experience. Ella has completed over 10,000 confirmed lash appointments and has trained more than 50 artists who now work across Canada. Her expertise has attracted global public figures with audiences of up to 20 million, and her training style is known for precision, retention, and client experience.
