How long do lash extensions last?
Most clients return every 2–3 weeks for a refill. Longevity depends on natural lash growth, aftercare, and lifestyle.
What are lash extensions?
They are lightweight synthetic PBT fibers applied to your natural lashes to enhance length, curl, and fullness.
What’s the difference between Classic, Hybrid, Volume, and Mega Volume?
Classic: 1:1 natural look
Hybrid: Mix of classic + volume
Volume: Fuller, fluffier fans
Mega Volume: Bold, dense, dramatic
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive makeup-free, freshly showered, and wearing comfortable clothing. Avoid caffeine. Bring earbuds if desired.
How long does a lash appointment take?
Full sets take 1.5–2.5 hours. Refills take 60–75 minutes.
Can I shower or swim with lash extensions?
Yes, after 24 hours. Cleanse lashes after water exposure and avoid heavy steam.
Do lash extensions look fake?
Only if you want them to. We offer natural, textured, wispy, bold, and mega-full styles.
Should lash extensions hurt?
No. They should feel light and comfortable. If you feel discomfort, contact us immediately.
Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?
No. When properly applied, natural lashes stay healthy. We customize lengths and weights to protect your lashes.
Can I wear mascara?
No. Mascara can break down adhesive. Book a fuller style instead if you want a darker look.
Can I wear makeup?
Yes, but avoid mascara, eyeliner pencils, oily products, and strip-lash glue.
Can I wear contact lenses?
Yes. Bring your case if you'd like to remove them during your appointment.
What are infills?
Maintenance appointments every 2–3 weeks where overgrown lashes are removed and new extensions applied.
Who is not a candidate for lash extensions?
Contraindications include active infections, blepharitis, severe allergies, excessive tearing, or trichotillomania.
Do you fill foreign lash work?
Yes, if safe. If the work is heavy or damaging, a removal + new set may be required.
Do you offer lash training?
Yes. We offer beginner and advanced certification programs.
How should I maintain my lashes?
Cleanse daily, avoid oil, sleep on your back or silk pillowcase, brush twice daily, and avoid rubbing or heat.
Will extensions irritate my eyes?
No, unless there is an allergy or improper application. Contact us immediately if irritation occurs.
What if I don’t like my lashes?
We can adjust them or safely remove them.
Can I get a spray tan with extensions?
Yes. Ideally spray before your lash appointment or cleanse your lashes afterward.
How early should I get lashes before an event?
48 hours before is ideal in case adjustments are needed.
Do extensions work on blonde lashes?
Yes. We often recommend brown lashes for a soft look.
Can I bring children?
Yes — please bring something for them to do so you can relax.
