Can I use baby shampoo on my lashes?
The answer is NO: We reached out to Johnson Johnson because I wanted to see what their stance is on using their shampoo and they said it’s not intended for eyelash! So, even though it is considered “tear safe” it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is safe for the eyes. It just means there are numbing agents in the shampoo that prevent irritation. Also, baby shampoo is not tested for the eyes. AND it contains parfum and fragrance which is not suitable for eyelash extensions.
According to my research, it contain PEG-80 sorbitan laurate & glycol which is unhealthy and causes lash loss! Anyways thanks for listening to my TED-Talk: Please ask for a specialized formulate lash cleanser at the end of your appointment!
