Job description

We are located in our ‘Secret’ location, one that is a hidden gem found in Milton. We are currently looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and organized Beauty Technicians, who love to create an excellent customer experience for our clients. We pride ourselves on our welcoming environment, fantastic services, and friendly team who make each and every one of our clients experiences one they will want to come back again and again.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing eyelash services for full sets and refills for Classic, Hybrids & Volumes, Mega-Volume eyelash extensions as well as Lash Lift & Tint. (Please note that previous experience is not needed).
  • Providing Body Waxing & Brow services, including shaping, trimming & tweezing. May also be required to tint eyebrows. (Please note that previous experience is not needed).
  • Must be comfortable educating clients about Beauty services, follow-up appointments & provide insight on training opportunities.
  • Ability to apply eye shapes and styles to clients based on preference.
  • Maintain salon operation; opening and closing duties.
  • Ensuring the studio space is clean including sanitizing and disinfecting common area and metal tools between clients and tidying at the end of the shift set by Health & Safety protocols.
  • Greeting guests from the front door and escorting them to the waiting area.
  • Offering clients a menu and assisting clients with complimentary snacks and drinks.
  • Cashing out clients after their appointment and ensuring the cash drawer is balanced.
  • Pre-book future appointments with clients after their services.
  • Maintaining a steady clientele; all customer contacts are to be handled in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Training for service(s) can be provided on site by Secret Lash Club
  • Language requirement: Strong oral and written communication skills in English are required for normal business communication.
  • Salon/Spa experience is considered an asset, not a requirement.
